Climate Camp people call on SWP to step in and help organise

Because of some of the recent problems the Climate Camp organising group have experienced we were approached by a delegation and as of today the SWP central environmental group have agreed to take over the build up and running of the 2008 Climate Camp.
The Peoples Camp for Climate Action will take place at Kingsnorth, Kent between the 3rd and 11th of August. the SWP is organising a day of Day of mass action against Kingsnorth Power Station on Saturday August 9th as part of the camp but other events will be ongoing as well.
