CHAGOS: UK Highest Courts deciding merits of cleansing UK citizens!

From today until 3 July, the house of lords are supposed to be hearing an appeal by the British government against a lower court decision to allow the 'indigenous' islanders to return home.
FACT: The Chagossians are descendants of slaves who have lived in the Chagos for several generations until the 1960's, when they were expelled/-ethnically or politically- cleansed? to live in slums in Mauritius, since then some have managed to acquire funds to come to Britain as British citizens.
There is no mention however on the house of lords website as to when this buisiness will be discussed. Does anyone know more?
Personally if the lords see fit to deny the Chagossians a right of return, I relish the ooportunity to send the entire UK regime to The Hague to stand trial for crimes against humanity.
One more yacht going to the Chagos!
