Not on the Label

I was chatting to a farmer who sells excellent pork chops and sausages at the top of the High Street on the Guildford farmers market.

I do not know how or why, but the conversation got around to the fact that he used to sell Not on the Label from his farm shop, but not anymore. He had a call from the publisher Penguin who said they were no longer interested in supplying him as his order of ten books was too small!

He contacted Felicity Lawrence who said she would do something about it and get back to him. Three months later, he has not heard a thing.
Irony is a word that springs to mind!
