Update on Smash EDO Conspiracy Case

the Smash EDO conspiracy case is now set for July 28th

On Feb 1st the five activists on trial for conspiracy to cause crimainal damage appeared in court

extra charges of Conspiracy to commit aggravated trespass, conspiracy to cause criminal damage with D Locks and conspiracy to cause criminal damage with superglue were added

The conspiracy to cause aggravated trespass charges were particularly worrying as this charge could be used against anyone in a supporting role taking part in any blockade. It is, as far as we know, the first time this charge has been used
