SHAC bail applications dismissed

Three SHAC leaders have their Xmas bail applications rejected.

20/12/07

Greg, Heather and Natasha all failed in their bail applications at Winchester Crown Court today.

Natasha’s application, based on the assertion that she wasn't part of the SHAC management was rebutted by the prosecution with emails taken from seized computers.

All will remain in custody until the trail in June.
