Germany: Neo-Nazis carved swastika into girl's leg

Four grown neo-Nazi men wrestled a 17-year-old girl to the ground and carved a swastika into her thigh when she stopped them bullying a six-year old foreign girl in a small east German town. This is reported on the German IndyMedia site at

The attack happened three weeks ago in Mittweida, located 125 km southeast of Leipzig, East Germany. Media said it’s only come out now because the girl delayed confiding in her mother.
Antifa (anti-fascist) writes that four well built men pushed around and attacked a six-year-old girl resettled from east Europe in a supermarket.
“When a courageous 17-year-old girl rushed to help the crying little girl and told the men to leave her alone, she was wrestled to the ground.
"Then three fascists pinned the wildly strongly struggling girl to the ground while the fourth cut a 5 cm swastika into her hip with a scalpel-like object.
“The vehement resistance of the teenage girl was able to prevent a rune being cut into her face as well.
“According to the victim many people watched this happening from nearby balconies.
“There is no argument about the brutal reality of Nazi atrocities. But that now four of them would attack a six-year-old girl and bestially torture her rescuer this way shows only one thing: that these cowardly arseholes would rather pick on small children and women to maltreat than stand up to their political enemies.
“How sick and cowardly must one be for that?
“We’ll get you, you sadistic pigs. Smash Facism!”
The report prompted discussion on the IndyMedia site, which is heavily into coverage of the left versus right struggle in Germany. It carries several reports on the theme daily.
On this incident “Bob” wrote that weapon possession laws are too restrictive, police too thin on the ground and there is no civic courage. People should be able to defend themselves against those who don’t care a damn about the weapons restrictions.
“tagmata” contends that half the cases of this kind that get reported turn out to be fakes, but this time it seems to be real. “Or there’s a vendetta going on. The carvers seem to be real people.”
“vorsicht” urges care because often people have carved such things into their skin themselves to get attention.
“vorsicht” wonders why there are no witnesses and the description of the attackers is that of typical skinheads, with a Nazi patch sewn on the jacket.
“Even if it was skinheads, or better: boneheads, there’s usually someone with long hair among them. Something strange about this! I’m a bit sceptical about this one.”
