subject Your attendence at climate camp gathering
Dear David,
We're writing to you as regards your query about the upcoming Camp for Climate Action Gathering in Oxford.
We regret to inform you that we feel unable to offer you a place at the gathering. Our reasoning behind this decision is that the gathering is part of the larger process of the camp, and as such we feel the decisions made at the camp itself still apply to the gathering.
We do not wish to be authoritarian but unfortunately we feel that the issues raised during the camp have yet to be resolved, and thus the situation as regards your exclusion must unfortunately remain unchanged.
Our apologies for not being able to offer a more amenable solution at this point.
Regards,
Oxford CCA Cre
