Every trree counts..ancient apple tree deemed for destruction!

An ancient apple tree is set for destruction by a housing developer..the tree is in St.Margarets Road in Hastings.

More houses for the privileged no social housing here..many sycamores too have been destroyed and all in the name of profit.

To qoute the abriocultural officer of Hastings council ''The area of site for housing development is untidy and the development would improve the area(sic)''.
