Guarantee costs and prove likely harm and benefits for rail and air - Brown

The Government mostly Labour launch into a big PR campaign to force the public to adopt a scheme with false information fed to an ever compliant press. There is no evidence just puff for information that has been written up on the bag of a fag packet.
Then oddly enough there is an admission it is all wrong.
Taxpayers are asked to pay much more and carry on paying it as they are usually tied into some 30-year deal - euphemism for the rich living off the poor
The National Audit Commission say it is all very bad, taxpayers money has been abused and it should never happen again
It never happens for the same project but guess what the same old players start again with a new project. Meanwhile social and environmental disintegration continues because what these people do not want are communities to fight and oppose these corrupt practices as one united force.
Proof about the costs
Guarantee any cost overruns are paid for by the aforementioned corrupt companies - in addition, please add Balfour Beatty, Skanska, BAE, Metronet etc you get the point
Proper assessment of likely environmental impact before any permission to use public monies including who to and what warmongering BAE are selling
Proper assessment if work was carried out according to this assessment
Hard - No but not if you are planning to rip taxpayers off - hence why we have Gordon Brown and war criminal Tony Blair before him.
