Nottingham Asian Mela : 3 Stage
Tash [alan lodge] | 17.07.2007 21:11 | Culture
The Nottingham Asian Mela took place on Sunday 15th July, on the Forest ground. All starting at 12.00noon.
On the whole, the weather wasn't kind this year, with some quite heavy downpoars. But it did ease of, later in the day.
In addition to the headline acts, there was much involvement from local youth groups, hands-on art displays ... The was a colourful procession around the site, with large puppets and an Indian Brass Band.
