Serious concerns, No answers

A campaign is in force trying to stop people who question the Indymedia Editorial Guidelines from having a voice. Dissent is stamped on, emails are removed, posts are hidden, voices are ignored.
Who decides who can be an Indymedia admin, who decides when they can't be one any longer ? Who controls the passwords for hiding and promoting posts ?
The call is for consenses but in reality it is the minority who have control. Faceless in the shadows, hiding behind false names and emails. Controlling, influencing, stopping.
The latest idea is to have only the promoted newswire as that which can be seen on the main front page. Posts not passing the admins seal of political approval will not be promoted so will be hidden away in the darkness. Who decided this, why can't you or I object to it ?
