Gordon Brown Husting in Oxford this Sunday (June 10)

We have just received confirmation of the venue for the Labour Party hustings being held by Gordon Brown this coming weekend. It will be at Modern Art Oxford, 30 Pembroke Street on Sunday (June 10th)starting at 12 noon. We expect to assemble at 11:30 AM. We will announce the precise assembly point later today.
Numbers are very important so please spread the word. We need a good turnout to drive our message home. Bring your banners and signs to help send a clear message to Gordon Brown and prospective members of the post-Blair regime.
Our demands are simple. We demand:
-- An immediate withdrawal of all UK troops from both Iraq and Afghanistan
-- A commitment to not attack Iran even if pushed by the Bush Regime
-- An end to blind allegiance to Washington's imperialist policies and a foreign policy of our own
Now that Tony Blair is being forced out in disgrace, he says he wants to draw a line under Iraq and "move on". We cannot let that happen. There can be no moving on so long as UK forces are occupying Iraq and Afghanistan and the UK is menacing sovereign countries like Iran and North Korea.
Please join us on Sunday morning.
