All Lifeforms Patent

They are using nothing else but evolution disguised as genetics. For example.A man with a grass cutting business takes away all the cuttings. To save costs he dumps them in his own garden. The next year or so his garden grows a new crop of grass from all of the different locations and species of grass he has cut.He now has a new species of grass. No genetic modification took place in any lab.But it did by evolution. Can he patent it?What court would tolerate a patent on evolution?None. But if he said he was a lab that scientifically did it?
I leave it to you.
