Anthony's is the last restaurant in Leeds City-Centre selling foie gras, a 'delicacy' made from the force feeding of ducks and geese until their livers swell ten times the natural size. Foie gras is that cruel it is illegal to farm animals for its production in the UK, but it is still imported. Imagine the impact it would make on the catering industry if the UK's fastest growing city did not have a single place serving this disgusting and cruel dish.
