The New York Times Moscow correspondent - calling eyewitnesses liars - for his holocaust denial was awarded a Pulitzer Prize. Ernst Zündel, the internationally known researcher and NOT a denier of the holocaust history, gets five years in prison. Conclusion: those 'judges' and their managers are guilty, further killing our freedom of speech which is contrary to the law.

FPF - Europe - Febr. 16th 2007 - Today and globally the massmedia use the same disinformation as the New York Times,* saying that in Germany Ernst Zündel - who is wrongly described as a 'holocaust denier' gets 5 years in jail. For his ideas. It is the maximum sentence for 'thought crime' under German law. It is not stated that Ernst Zündel never DENIED - like David Irving* and most of the others - that jewish people had been the victim of extermination by the Nazi's.
WHY? IF THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE?
Many people and professional historians of this world want to know what really happened. They want to discuss matters of importance and to investigate. They need to see proof. Evidence. But again so called judges silence historians and throw wondering people in jail. What - if anything - is there to hide? Logically seen, anybody who says that she or he wants to investigate something may end up in jail. If the idea does not fit the point of view of the ruling junta, their 'thought police' and compliant judges. Like maybe all people who think the world is as flat as a pancake, as members of the 'Flat Earth Society' do?* Or Christian Bible mythology 'believers'? The Pope who is responsible for the Vatican circus? Muslims? Buddhists? Torah aficionados, or atheists? Turning us all into Galileo Galileis?*
Nowhere either in this rewriting of history is referred to the fact that at least five million other individuals lost their lives as a result of the extermination and diseases in the nazi concentration camps. Including the physically and mentally disabled, union people, clergy, other dissidents of many nationalities, Roma and Sinti, communists, homosexuals, and especially Jehovah's Witnesses. Or that twenty million Russians died.
And it is nowhere said - and certainly not in their despicable war propaganda sewer The New York Times, that their Moscow correspondent, while 'stenographing' for publication acceptable events taking place, called the evidence and articles concerning the holocaust described by eyewitnesses and/or his colleagues as 'lies'. The group behind the New York Times rewarded the criminal silence of this holocaust denier with a Pulitzer Prize.*
Those German judges condemn people like you and me to jail because of ideas people have and the rulers don't like maybe! This is absolutely contrary to any normal law. They very cowardly behave as if they are back in the years before the second world war when nobody was allowed to say anything negative about the nazis or Hitler. Those judges are a shame to mankind and prove that they'll give in the very second some Gestapo-like creature demands it for the rulers.
NAZIS KILLING A COUPLE OF JUDGES
Like they did before in Holland too: even when the occupying Krauts killed some dutch judges who didn't agree with them, the rest of those cowards just trotted along with the nazi occupiers of their country as a very 'underreported' Dutch university report confirms.

What those managers let their judges do is illegal and cowardly. It is as is rightfully said a "Shame on Germany! Zündel has only expressed an opinion. Agree or disagree, that act can never be a crime. Zündel has not committed a crime, but the German government has. By putting this elderly, peaceful man in prison for years because he expressed controversial opinions is a crime against the most basic of human rights.
Freedom of thought, conscience and expression is a cornerstone of human rights. It is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution Bill of Rights, in both the United Nations and European Union Declaration of Human Rights.
Germany has committed a criminal, illegal, unjust and cruel act of imprisonment of an elderly man that is not guilty of any crime but who has relied on the principle of freedom of speech which Germany and many other nations say is sacred but then deny. Germany’s imprisonment of this dissident is a disgrace. Every nation and every political leader who believes in human freedom should protest this archaic, despicable act. Concurrent with the Zündel trial, the German government has imprisoned another non-violent intellectual, chemist Gemar Rudolf on the same thought-crime charges for which he faces five years imprisonment if found guilty."*
So, let's remember, whatever corrupt judges and others do or say: it's not only the First Amendment of the United States Constitution which protects the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference.
Our right to freedom of speech also is guaranteed under international law through numerous human rights instruments, notably under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights.*
And nobody may take that away from us. And certainly not Quisling judges. Because: if it's taken from one, it's taken from all of us! Speak up because otherwise we may suffer pastor Niemöller's prediction:
