Help stop biometric controls in workplace for migrant cleaners

cleaners@tgwu.org.uk if you have any knowledge on the law around this or want to support this particular form of discrimination against migrants. Imagine this system being introduced in any "normal" workplace, employees would be up in arms!! So are the African cleaners, why do they have to be guinea pigs for new forms of control?
The new system starts on the 4th of december, please help the cleaners resist! They have been told they will be disciplined if they refuse, but they are already refusing.
