the high court decision means that brian will have to argue in the magistrates court that police conditions were unlawful. the defence has suggested that it will be calling seventeen witnesses, and if so, it is possible that the trial will be further adjourned anyway, as all parties have agreed a part-hearing would not be appropriate.
brian finds it difficult to see how justice can be done, when, as part or their middle of the night operation, the superintendent terry's henchmen removed confidential and prejudicial legal papers and evidence, which they have had time to look through.
BRIAN HAW APPEARS AT MARYLEBONE MAGISTRATES COURT TUESDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER AT 10AM - SUPPORTERS ARE VERY WELCOME FROM 9.30PM OUTSIDE, AND THE HEARING IS PUBLIC.
181 Marylebone Road London NW1 5QJ - near Marylebone Station ( nearest tubes Baker Street and Edgware Road).
