AUSTRALIA: MELBOURNE: A convicted 'attention seeker' Jack Roche now an afp informant has given hearsay evidence at the committal hearing for 13 men facing [alleged] terrorism charges in Melbourne.

For a start can someone contact john hoWARd's abc and ask them why they have stopped using the word ALLEGED? I mean is it ethical where people are being accused not to use the word alleged? At all material times?

Jack Roche now a prisoner of the state is serving nine years' jail after he contacted the AFP because he wanted to inform them about information he said he had. Only to learn that he gave himself up under new anti-terror/liberty provisions that had no real basis at common law in any Australian court at that time!

But in reality the afp must have realised he was not the full quid and so they exploited him by eventually making him a scapegoat in Prime Sinister, john hoWARd the coward's, war on terror/liberty - and eventually within the flawed context of those laws had convicted him.

But Jack Roach couldn't run a second-hand shop let alone bomb anything. However he was eventually convicted of conspiring with Al Qaeda to attack the Israeli embassy in Canberra? That's got to be a joke son!

The afp not satisfied with the fraud then sent another two agents to see Roach in January 2006, to answer questions about an [alleged] letter of introduction to train in Afghanistan that was [allegedly] found during a fishing expedition in Melbourne while raiding the homes of 13 families.

Roche says he took a similar letter to one of [keyword] 'Osama bin Laden's' camps, so he could train in [keyword] 'explosives'?

Question: Does the afp think Australian's are stupid? It appears that way. Question: Does the abc think that Australian's are stupid? It appears that way. Otherwise they wouldn't be so willing to report the stupidity!

The afp fraud and the abc propaganda, and spin should not persist any longer in the fear that our children with be indoctrinated with stupidity by imbeciles and morons making ridiculous claims in a court of law just like they were in the movies or something.

Now Roach says the letter seized in the raids was probably intended for use by someone who wanted to perform [keyword] 'jihad'.

But that's got to be another joke son! Ha, ha, ha.

Defence lawyer, for one of the 13 men facing [alleged] terrorism-related charges, Julian McMahon told the court Roche should not be painted as some kind of expert because he has difficulties with the truth.

And I might add is 'vulnerable' not just for his 'stupidity' but because he's a prisoner of the state being 'exploited', no doubt by the 'authorities' who should have better ethics including not taking the community for fools.

Jack Roach may have been found not guilty himself if he wasn't such an attention seeker. Imagine that this guy rang up asio to help them? Shame about the quick nine years he'll spend in solitary confinement and phillip ruddock wanted to appeal his sentence and give him another quick 16 years just for being so vulnerable.

And now they have him in jail the afp think that they can make a deal with the prisoner and use him to set other people up.
