'Born to Kill': Ivan Milat, the two biggest lies exposed

The judge found him not guilty
Yes they did change their testimony. The whole incident did not happen the way they first said.
Several months ago one of these women went to visit Ivan's brother and sister in law. She went on her motorcycle. They got home from shopping to find a stranger in the yard. She gave Ivan's sister a hug and said she had come to APOLOGIZE for the trouble she and her former girlfriend had caused by their wrong testimony against Ivan Milat.
If she is reading this.....please, don't just visit, make an affidavit that will assist Ivan with his appeal. We can't make you do this but we hope you will, or at least tell someone your story. Ivan is in gaol for something he didn't do and you and Paul Onions are the only ones who can really help.
This is very significant indeed. Ivan is currently preparing a new 474 appeal. This time he is including all this new evidence including the DNA evidence which has cleared him. With his last attempt at a 474 he did not realize he could include new evidence.
Ivan has no legal representation and no computer. He is writing out his appeal by hand. His brother will make the required number of copies and put the appeal into five ring binders as required by law.
The second big lie was the identification of Ivan Milat by Paul Onions.
Paul Onions' report was handed in at Bowral Police Station and the woman who picked him up at Mittagong. Two police stations 'LOST' those original reports and description of the attacker. The fact that two police stations lost these reports, and as well, the diary page of the policewoman who took Paul Onions' complaint had that page missing, makes it very likely that these reports were lost deliberately. Paul Onions described a man 6 feet tall who looked nothing like Ivan Milat. Police showed him photos of Ivan Milat and he changed his description.
Paul Onions, if you are reading this, I ask you to get in touch with me. You can send an email through the site. You need to speak with the other man who was picked up while hitch hiking in that same area and who had a terrifying experience. He, too, described a man 6 feet tall who spoke about the same subjects as your attacker. His story is here:

If you are willing to speak up, Mr Onions, as one of the women involved in the earlier alleged 'attack' has, Ivan Milat would very much appreciate your honesty in explaining how you came to change the description.
Coming soon on Indymedia: The second backpacker murders suspect: there were witnesses to his crimes yet he was never arrested. Interviews with three witnesses. His DNA must be compared with that found in Belanglo. Information about this suspect has never been made public. The witnesses are risking their lives by telling their story.

Ivan Milat: The Evidence by Brian Raven
Brian Raven was a wonderful person and a good friend with whom I worked at times. Two years ago his body was found in his home in mysterious circumstances; he had been dead some weeks. I have not heard whether there has been a coronial inquiry. At the time of his death Brian was working on exposing corruption in a number of high profile cases. He set up a website regarding the evidence against Ivan Milat. Unfortunately that website has now been taken down but I would like to repeat the information here because several people have asked about the evidence.

I was picked up hitchhiking on the Hume Highway by a dangerous man and it wasn't Ivan Milat
It was the early 1990s. I walked from Campbelltown railway station to the Hume Highway. I needed a lift. I was standing under a light near the on-ramp when a four wheel drive pulled over for me. The driver was good looking and looked out of place in a four wheel drive. His hands and face were so smooth he looked like a bank teller. He was an eerie type of person, around 6 foot tall and fit, broadish shoulders. This would fit with Paul Onions' original description of a man of 6 foot which he later changed at the request of police because it did not fit Ivan Milat's description. I believe the real killer had me that night and it was not Ivan Milat.

The DNA evidence:
The defunct Innocence Panel, set up to review DNA evidence of convicted offenders, will be reinstated and renamed under legislation to be introduced later this year.
The panel was set up in 2002 to help people convicted of serious offences who maintained they were innocent a chance of having their convictions reviewed. Their DNA was to be compared with that taken from crime scenes.
