In London the Evening Standard has complained that Peter Phillips may be the next president of the Royal Institute of British Architects - because Phillips is a BNP member and has stood for the BNP. The ES makes reference to Phillips's 'misogynism.'

What the ES don't tell us that Phillips is a homosexual. The BNP leadership know this. He wanted to be a candidate more recently than his stint in Reigate in 2003, but BNP members in Croydon threatened a mass walk-out, and grudgingly, Phillips was asked not to be a candidate. The wealthy man remains active within the BNP.

I have no brief for 'Final Conflict's' homophobic ravings, none-the-less the item gives some interesting insights into Griffin's unprincipled, careerist-opportunist approach to politics, money and personal relationships. These traits have not changed. They will manifest themselves again and again to the disadvantage of those associated with him.

These additional background facts are relevant:


1) 'FINAL CONFLICT'

is the e-bulletin of the International Third Position group; leader Roberto Fiore. The ITP is -- at least now -- a Roman Catholic Counter-Reformationist movement with anti-British and pro-Celtic nationalist policies which in the 1980s sought links both with the Provisional IRA and with Co. Gadaffi's "Islamic terrorist" regime in Libya.

Nick Griffin, now Chairman of the British National Party, helped Fiore set up the ITP in 1987 after their secretive 'Rising' group had finished smashing up the National Front. Griffin has been recognised as "a co-founder" of the ITP in 'FC' bulletins. He was a co-partner with Fiore in a business venture.

Griffin assisted with Fiore's travel and stop-over arrangements to visit the Provos in Dublin in 1981, and later visited Libya with Derek Holland (who boasted of his uncle in Dublin who was in the IRA). Gadaffi had earlier equipped the IRA with a ship-load of weapons and Semtex explosive, a fact well-known to everybody at that time, including Griffin.

I append a photo of Griffin with Holland in Libya on their begging mission. Gadaffi rewarded them not with money but multiple copies of his 'Green Book'!

In the hey-day of the National Front in the 1970s Jewish propagandists and the mass media never tired of showing photos of John Tyndall posing in his nazi uniform. Those photos were taken in the late 1950s.

For some reason, the same propagandists and mass media have in recent years avoided such relentless use of embarrassing photographs and other references to Griffin's past associations and indiscretions. I wonder why that could be?

Correction: We ALL know why it is. Griffin is being induced by the Establishment to "join the political mainstream". In the "mainstream", as long as you "play the game", past indiscretions and mistakes are not constantly brought to public attention. They are held in a cupboard marked: "Punishments for Those who Break the Rules of the Game." It is next to a cupboard marked: "Rewards for Good Boys and Girls".


2) MARK 'CHI-CHI' COTTERILL

is the part Asian leader of the English Freedom Party. 'Chi-Chi' and another EFP member also of mixed race (part African) was formerly head of the American Friends of the BNP fund-raising organisation in the United States before being deported in 2002. He was personally appointed to this cash-sensitive post by Griffin.

Shortly after 'Chi-Chi' returned to Britain he had a row with Griffin and left the BNP. Neither man has ventilated a reason for the sudden split, but it is widely believed to have been a squabble over the extent to which 'Chi-Chi' had skimmed more than his agreed "share" of the AF-BNP proceeds before remitting Griffin's "share" [ahem! - Surely I mean THE BNP's "share"?] to the UK (or handing over wads of notes which Griffin trousered when on visits to the USA).



3) BNP POLICY ON HOMOSXUALITY

is ridden with ambivalence and mendacity -- as you would expect from a party whose leader has a fairly extensive record of homosexual activity in his younger days, which he tries to cover up by homophobic utterances which are toe-curling in their hypocrisy and dishonesty.

I have no knowledge of the purported facts discussed by 'Final Conflict' concerning leading Reigate, Surrey, BNP member Peter Phillips, but the media has given some attention to Richard Barnbrook, the BNP's London Regional Organiser, following an article in a gay newspaper  http://www.pinknews.co.uk/news/politics/2005-1453.html.

BNP councillors in London, Richard Barnbrook, starred in and produced a gay porn film  http://politics.guardian.co.uk/farright/story/0,,1772052,00.html as a student. "HMS Discovery: A Love Story" contains scenes of flagellation, naked men frolicking in a river and apparently performing a sex act on each other.

These accusations have forced BNP darling Barnbrook into a denial that the film was homo-erotic. He denied writing erotic poetry set to the footage, which includes the lines: "It bares you like a foreskin's folds" and "Open-mouthed, I shall dream of altar boys."

Of the film, Barnbrook said:

"It was an art film, end of story. It was not a bloody porn film. The only nudity in it is a couple of guys running in a river. It is not about homosexuality. It is about sexuality. Anything to do with my past politics or my past work, I am not interested in commenting on."

........One right-wing website have put up a photo of Barnbrook, with a poll asking its readers "Is this a poofter or what?".........

I recently asked a BNP local official how the BNP was coping with that story, and he replied: "Oh, I think it's being laughed-off."

Isn't it interesting how liberals and Leftists denounce homophobia -- but are all-too-willing to deploy to excite just that sentiment when it suits them in their war against their political enemies?

The left could be denied that weapon at a stroke if the the BNP and other "right wing" parties in general -- and the likes of Nick Griffin in particular -- ceased to decorate themselves with dishonest humbug on the topic of human sexuality which, far from providing protective camouflage, serves only to make them more of a target.

I'm not suggesting that the BNP should "Come Out" or participate in the next London Gay Pride march or do any such thing. But it should cut out the lies and hypocrisy and, above all, cut out the general and personal homophobic attacks which make the attackers open to counter-attack with no possibility of defence.

My examination of Griffin's justifications of the BNP's pro-Jewish/pro-Zionist drift of the BNP under his leadership is in preparation but will be delayed further while I read an article by John Bean, editor of the BNP magazine 'Identity', on the need for nationalists not to become "Judeo-obsessive".

Funny -- but I always thought politics was about POWER: where is it; who has it; how is it deployed and for what purpose?

I can understand injunctions not be become "obsessed" by the Eskimos or Bushmen -- or even Australians.

But to tell political people not to take an interest in the Jews is like telling a Women's Institute tea-party to ignore the elephant in the room which is trampling the furniture, breaking the crockery and stealing all the buns from the cake trolley.

I am amazed that such an old racialist like JB would lend himself to such 'politically correct' self-censorship in the service of those he calls "the Management" (not a reference to the Jews, I hasten to add, but to Griffin and his clique).

Perhaps his next article be:
