The plan is to put it together with several other petitions on a CD - from Martin Bell's "Clean up Westminster" ( http://www.cleanupwestminster.com) to the "Free Malcolm Kendall-Smith" petition ( http://www.petitiononline.com/MKSApril/petition.html).

Then the plan is to commandeer an ambulance powered by vegetable oil, drive it to 10 Downing Street, and deliver the petition CD.

The plan is based on the assumption that this regime does not collapse in the meantime, which is looking increasingly likely.
