Defy-ID Bulletins are also downloadable.
And never ones to miss an opprotinity for irony the Notts Defy-ID website also contains a national database, but this one holds details of all the corporations who stand to make millions in profit from from the Government's 'let's exploit fear to control the people' scheme.
This wouldn't be particularly exciting news if it wasn't for the fact that we have (I believe) the only postcode searchable detailed nationwide database of offices of all the companies involved in the ID scheme. It takes the Corporate Watch company list and runs with it.
We list every UK office of these companies, and even tie into Google Maps so you can see roughly where their premises are, just in case you want to write an angry letter, hold a protest outside, or distribute leaflets to their (potentially unaware) employees and so on.
They can run, but they can't hide - our database knows all, and unlike the ID cards, we *do* know their innermost intentions: grand identity theft for massive corporate profits and permanent government funding!
The bulletin is for printing out and distributing to anyone who might prefer concise anti-ID information on paper. It's aimed at the "have heard ID cards might be a bad idea but don't really know what I can do about it" brigade, of which most people (and I'm thinking particularly family and non-activist friends etc.) will likely find themselves in.
