There is a new web site based on Virgin's refusal to admit the huge impact on the climate that air travel causes.

Planting a few trees won't solve the problem - trees get cut down and the carbon escapes again.

Emissions trading simply pushes allowances around without reducing the amount of carbon produced.

Only by reducing the amount of air miles travelled will carbon emissions from air travel be reduced.
