Feminist Muslim Nobel Peace Prize winner, welcomes Iran's nuclear technology

Shirin Ebadi, the first Muslim woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize, lawyer, human rights activist and founder of the Association for Support of Children's Rights in Iran, has spoken in support of Iran's nuclear development programme.

On December 10, 2003, Ebadi was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, becoming the first Iranian and the first Muslim woman to receive the prize.
