Just as George Galloway MP who unseat a 'Blair Babe' on 5 May 2005 gets himself entangled in another row over British media bias against him, we focus on how open is the lack of care ion the British 'mainstream news rooms' about what they want to say against Galloway. The DAILY MAIL is as inaccurate as Channel4 news online. And they don't seem to care how many facts they get wrong when publishing against George Galaloway !
George Galloway in channel 4 'celebrity big brother' and the 'news' reports in London on his abdication of parliamentary duties!
Just in case there is no newer scare stories around George Galloway by the time this item appears on the internet, it must be noted that the fact that George Galloway has been in the channel 4 programme ‘celebrity big brother’ ought to have given the channel 4 online news publishers some obvious alertness about accuracy.
Accuracy, however, does not appear to be what the channel 4 online news publishers are interested in. Not as far as their joining the day’s bandwagon of hysteria against |Galloway is concerned.
Admittedly, Galloway is a legitimate target for revulsion from those who back Tony Blair.
Admittedly, Galloway was acting totally egocentrically when he made the deal with the producers of the channel 4 ‘celebrity big brother’ that has involved a reported five-digit sum for Galloway .
But those are George Galloway’s doing.
If he is to be reviled, the people and the sources that ‘stand to make the most gains - political and otherwise - by reviling Galloway should take care to get their facts right.
But that would be asking too much of the loyalist British propaganda workers disguised as ‘distinguished and informed’ commentators and correspondents on the ‘world best press’ organs.
Especially on a day that they peddled and uncritically plugged for the British Tory political factotum David Cameron as he issued another unprincipled, un-Tory, un-opposition set of statements aimed at assuaging Tony Blair’s ego while Blair himself made the latest announcement about juvenile delinquency in the auk that he has politically dominated for the past 8 years.
There has not been any ethical, moral constitutional democratic political opposition to the undemocratic, the unethical, and the anti-social regime of Tony Blair.
The only opposition to the Blair has come from small groups in the . Groups that now include the very loose and the very short term coalitionists that have gatehr3ed around George Galloway.
However temporary, they have maintained the presence on the political frontline of there being a semblance of opposition to what Blair represents, to how lethal Blair is to democracy and to whatever used to be called the ‘civilised values.
George Galloway is not a person that would spring to mind as an ideal of opposition to all that Tony Blair represents.
But George Galloway was the opened mp still within the fold of the Blairised labour party who maintained the stance against the racist imperialistic aggressive policy that Tony Blair has pursued albeit because Blair knows that he has been able to do so because of his sucking unto the administration fr9nted by GW bush.
When George Galloway got kicked out of the Balirsied UK Labour party in October 2003 there was no resistance against Blair’s action by even the so-called leftist Labour mps.
In fact theere3 was a collective sigh of relief on almost every Blair-led front.
Why?
As today’s ‘mainstream’ news reports in about George Galloway shows, there is an unconcealed hatred of Galloway . Those who control the media hate Galloway . And his guts.
Hence the Channel 4 online news has repeated almost word for word the callous and stupid piece which the London EVENING STANARD put on its own online news section on Monday 9 January 2006 about George |Galloway being poised to miss a vital debate in the UK House of Commons later on this week.
The subject of the alleged debate ion the UK House of Commons is the Crossrail Bill.
The EVENING STANDARD piece included the sum of £500 million (500 million sterling) as being the value of the Crossrail project.
This morning [Tuesday 10 January 2006] the print edition of the DAILY MAIL carried the same factual rubbish.
And the channel 4 news online has repeated the same lies.

A member got in touch with the UK Department for Transport – that half owns the Crossrail project and a member of the Crossrail Bill Team laughed off the sum of £500 million, reiterating the fact that the Crossrail project was at least £10 billion.

How could they all not check the contents of what they published?
