NY Post's Roddy Boyd shows his determination not to notice that James Dale Davidson,father of the U.S.penny stock pump and dump schme known as the 'anti-naked short selling' scam ,continues in hiding along with this 'Phil Saunders' and it is Davidson and Agora Inc.,only a few miles from New York(and the SEC and the Beltway),who wear no shorts.
Below is Roddy Boyd's,(of New York Post),reply to me with my initial comments to him below that.Funny how he avoids the whole issue of who brought the massive,'you're being naked shorted so buy a cert',scam to the penny stock pump and dump movement in the first place.And it wasn't a 'Phil Saunders',it was a James Dale Davidson, along with Canadian penny stock fraudsters Brent Pierce and Grant Atkins of 'ICI' and 'NAANSS' who created the 'you're being naked shorted so buy a cert scam'.

The 'NCANS' modus operendi and their fraudulent claims are indeed identical to James Davidson's 'NAANSS' fraud and it is also used to tout penny stock scams and to divert attention from insider pump and dump operations. Mr.Davidson would have a clear case for plagiarism against this 'Phil Saunders'if the issue was SIMPLY one of word usage rather than penny stock fraud and possibly money laundering on a massive scale with unaudited shares erroneously dubbed 'naked shorting'.

And NCANS,besides being connected to David Patch of www.investigatethesec.com who is James Dale Davidson connected and who touted Genemax on ragingbull.com for his master Davidson,is also Gary Valinoti of Jag Media Holdings connected. And Valinoti appears to know or be involved with ncans.net of 'Bob O'Brien','Phil Saunders' or James Dale Davidson.So David Patch is both Davidson connected and 'Bob O'Brien' of NCANS as well as Gary Valinoti and Jag Media Holdings connected.Coincidence ?

The existence or not of a 'Phil Saunders'is not the issue.The Canadian fraudsters Brent Pierce and Grant Atkins exist as well and yet it is James Dale DAVIDSON who founded Agora Inc.,with or without his buddy Bill Bonner,and who had the Agora Inc. pump and dump machine primed to vomit misinformation and lies about 'naked short selling' to cover up his act.And even then his act was never covered up.Instead the SEC looked the other way and pretended not to see,just as the Emperor's loyal followers never noticed he had no clothes.

'Bob O'Brien' or 'Phil Saunders' or James DALE Davidson denied ever hearing of James Dale Davidson or 'NAANSS' and claimed he came about yet a new 'naked shorting' acronym with the word 'national' in the title by chance.And yet it is the traitor James Dale Davidson who defrauds his own countrymen in penny stock pump and dump scams,(AND ANY OTHER SCAM HE CAN COME UP WITH SUCH AS SOLICITATIONS TO RETIRED FOLK TO GIVE A DONATION TO NATIONAL TAXPAYERS UNION AT HIS(DAVIDSON'S) PERSONAL P.O.BOX) AND SENDS THEIR 'INVESTMENTS' OFFSHORE TO LAUNDER HIDE AND STEAL SOME MORE.

The 'NATIONAL' in 'National Taxpayers Union','National' in 'National Association Against Naked Short Selling' and 'National' again in 'National Coalition Against Naked Shorting' or 'NCANS'IS NOT LIKELY A COINCIDENCE. And it demonstrates once again that pseudo-patriotism or 'national'ism is truly the refuge of scoundrels.

It is also interesting to note that the right wing British smear writer Christopher Ruddy who works for Davidson's newsmax.com,(similar to 'Genemax'?),ALSO WORKED PREVIOUSLY FOR RUPERT MURDOCH'S New York Post and almost got them sued for J.D.Davidson's and Ruddy's smear campaign that claimed Clinton killed Vince Foster and that the FBI and Washington,D.C. park police covered it up.
