Firstly a big thank you to everyone who has helped us with the monitoring of Indymedia censorship this week, you have made it much easier to expose the truth, in particular the individual who has a Moderator pass word enabling us for the first time to see who is doing the editing.
The week the self appointed cabal who decide the secret IM editorial policy (as opposed to the published one) dealt with 38 posts which were removed and not transfered to the 'Hidden' section. As usual after being removed no notification was given or an explanation of why provided.
We calculated 236 comments were removed without notification
Editing of posts over the week was done of seven occasions, in each case leading to a change in meaning
Further reports will be made on a weekly basis until the abuse stops
