Queer Mutiny North is a D-I-Y collective that puts on free queer events and gatherings in the Leeds area.

Why? because we are sick of the manefactured, uniformed, non-representative, commercialised, commodified gay scene! we don't want to buy our sexuality! we are also sick of the homophobia, transphobia, sexism etc that often exists in most other political social groups. We try to create safe spaces where queers of ALL sexualities and genders are recognised, represented and can be free of the usual shit so they can focus on having fun, being themselves, doing political action, taking part in discussion, meeting new people, flirting, dancing, fucking and or course dressing up!!

Queer: Defies definaition, rejects restrictive gender and sexuality binaries, all inclusive and non exclusive, fluid and changable, anti-heteropartriachy.
