Talabani meets with Blair today to thank him for his advice on how to rig the vote in Iraq on the constitution.

The rules now are that just over 50% of the actual voters who vote yes will pass the constitution.

But it will take over 66% of all registered voters (even those who don’t vote) to reject the constitution.

This is a typical Blair con.

Saddam would be proud of this move.
