Unity Injustice - "Bringing Justice back home" Conference

A working conference that will look at the failings of the secretive family courts & child protection systems whilst looking to create a roadmap for reform that prohibits further mass injustices within British families and wholesale state endorsed abduction of innocent children for financial reward.

There is to be a Conference concerning reforms needed within our Family Courts and Children's services, and the unjust removal of children and babies from genuine loving families. This is being arranged by Unity Injustice in association with other national groups.
This will be on: 10th December 2005,
Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church,
Shaftesbury Ave,
London W1
Admission £5 to cover cost of hall etc...
There will be talks given by significant people involved in these issues, and parents issues involving social services will be addressed.
All parents and families, associated professionals and other members of the public who are interested are are invited to attend.
Background:
People who have noticed in the Daily Mail and the Telegraph recently may have seen that not all is well in the Family Law system.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, a very small tip indeed!
Child Protection is a very taboo subject indeed, it has come down to Unity Injustice and other groups to tackle areas of law and injustice which the big groups fear to tackle, this is borne out from being identified with such subjects as abuse, messy family breakdowns, grey areas of law and more.
Yet many people do not realise that thousands of children are snatched from their parents on little more than a supposition, a mere hint of an allegation and little Johnny or Jenny are on their way to foster parents, destroying the family atmosphere, breaching a whole plethora of human and legal rights along the way, forever accused... never exhonerated.
An example or two to clarify...
An anonymous phone call is made to social services, regarding a baby that cries through the night, it could be teething, it could be unwell or just a child that is generally unsettled.
The proper answer would be to make contact, see if there is anything that can be done to help, assist the family, job done!
Not in the UK, most social services departments will gain an EPO from a magistrates, kick the door down, remove the child without any pretext of evidence and 9 times out of ten, if the child is adoptable, the child is lost to that family until it is sixteen.
Social services in the UK do not have to evidence one aspect of their claims in court, we have evidence and people to prove that there are many malicious and inept social workers out there that target people because of status, race, background.
Since 2003, the right to legal redress was taken from families by Lord Philips the new Chief of the Judiciary, parents CANNOT sue for false or malicious allegations made against them, this is like giving an arsonist a life times supplies of matches, it removes the final vestige of accountability.
Another example...
A child protection and adoption case in Hampshire hinged on a Guardian Ad Litem's testimony (GAL's are court appointed social workers), her testimony made the Judge move for adoption and this was put in motion.
In the latter stages of this, a foster parent went to the police and alleged that the GAL had tried to force her to lie on her behalf to cover up some serious wrong doing by the GAL, the Guardian was summarily convicted for this and falsifying records, it was recorded that she lied all the way through.
Could this stop the adoption? Even though the parents were found to be innocent?
Not in the UK, the three children were forcibly adopted in the end despite calls to stop this, despite having a crown court Judge passing verdict on the GAL.
2 out of 5 adoption from Child Protection are seen afterwards that the parents were innocent, this is a forty percent failure rate, this means that forty percent of these adoptions are made when the children should not be taken away, never to see their parents again.
A leading authority in this field has stated that in any given 100 children being investigated by social services, a good ruile of thumb is that 15 out of that 100 are true "smoking gun" abuse cases, whereas as many as fifty percent of the remainder are happy and carefree children caught up in a distressing and hostile system of abusive governance.
Local Authorities are extremely well rewarded for adopting children, they are also set national quotas by the government to get them out there and adopt, this exhibits a tendency for local authorities to not really care who goes through the system as it is hard money to them if they win.
There has not been in UK legal history a case of a reversed judgement in Adoption. Even with major evidence pointing at a corrupt case, Judges make excuses NOT to return children until the parents run out of time and the adoption goes through.
When a child of a certain age comes under the scrutiny of social services, that childs name is passed to the adoption unit of that LA, prospective parents are identified within a week for that child regardless of innocence or guilt of the parents, it pays to take children away it seems, one source claims that a major adoption agency has an annual turnover of £58 Million and its directors are paid fees totalling £2 Million per annum.
Recently Channel 4 carried a documentary that showed care home owners charging social services up to £6000 per week, per child at certain times and Brighton & Hove Council forking out over £2 Million a year for looking after 12 children - remember this money does not come from the council tax payers, it comes direct from Government!
If you are a true believer in Justice, if you believe that there should be no exception to the law, that there should be a major expose and inquiry into the system that chews up nearly three quarters of a million children every year, that there should be redress for those out there, innocent people that have lost their children so that others can make millions out of their misery then please support us.
Oh, and the reason why you may not have heard much about this in the media until recently is that if parents complain, if they tell the media, they go to prison, no ifs and no buts, it is a criminal offence to expose the wrongdoings of the courts and the social services that cause so much harm to British families...
And if you don't believe us, google up the name Charles Pragnell, a founding father of the modern social services now living in Australia, if his credentials and his writings do not convince anyone then we may as well give up and hope for a miracle.
