FPF - June 26th 2005 - Today in the New York Times a story is published* on the present court case in Italy against 13 CIA terrorists, headlining it: 'In Italy, Anger at U.S. Tactics Colors Spy Case.' The order by an Italian judge to arrest those CIA terrorists on charges of kidnapping can be the start of the next wave of further resistance to global American torture practices.
The orders for the arrest of the C.I.A. terrorists will also be passed on to Interpol, effectively requiring possibly honest law enforcers and other people in all countries around the world to assist and arrest the CIA terrorists. They are guilty of abducting c.q. kidnapping people and to illegally transport them to torture/interrogation centers in the American Gulag*, the infernal american network of jails where victims are tortured and killed, mostly in 'US colonies'. As usual ignoring all international law and human rights conventions, on October 1, 2001, 'president' Bush made a reference to the illegal arrests in foreign countries, to fly the abducted people to torture in the 'American Gulag', in a speech at the headquarters of the infamous Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Washington.
Bush was quoted by former journalist Bob Woodward in the Washington Post on Thursday, November 22, 2001 on page A01: "On Oct. 1, Bush made reference to the foreign arrests in a speech at the headquarters of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Washington.
Smirking, George Bush said that the American people "aren't going to see exactly what's taking place on their TV screens," but he added that "slowly, but surely, progress was being made."
And, Bush declared menacingly: "You see, we've said to people around the world: 'This could happen to you, this could have easily have taken place on your soil, so you need to take threats seriously, as well."
The 'progress' was by Amnesty International described: "As evidence of torture and widespread cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment mounts, it is more urgent than ever that the US Government bring the Guantánamo Bay detention camp and any other facilities it is operating outside the USA into full compliance with international law and standards. The only alternative is to close them down." - [Amnesty International - Url.:

'REGIME CHANGE' IN THE UNITED STATES
Woodward, who over three decades ago with Bernstein in the so called 'Watergate scandal' helped 'the people running the US' with 'regime change' in the United States, has since also published a book about how great 'Commander George Bush' is; thereby forgetting the criminality of the man who twice stole the presidency with his ilk, and who in the rest of the world is looked upon as War Criminal # 1.
Trying to also to justify the American Gulag and torture, Bush's copywriter Woodward in November 2001 wrote an article:"50 Countries Detain 360 Suspects at CIA's Behest", in which he describes the illegal and inhumane torture flights: "Roundup Reflects Aggressive Efforts of an Intelligence Coalition Viewed as Key to War on Terrorism". Bob Woodward keeps showing he's an opportunistic loser, like the 'Jerusalem Post of the US', the New York Times and that breed.
The long time overdue Italian - as well as European - reaction to all american terror, the inhumanity and US war crimes in general by this disgusting zionist newspaper - defending it's own malignant media tactics - is described as " an extraordinary decision by an Italian judge to order the arrest of 13 people linked to the Central Intelligence Agency on charges of kidnapping a terrorism suspect here dramatizes a growing rift between American counter terrorism officials and their counterparts in Europe."
But earlier many collaborated, implying that they all are guilty of crimes against humanity too: Quote: "European counter terrorism officials have pursued a policy of building criminal cases against terrorism suspects through surveillance, wire-taps, detective work and the criminal justice system.
The United States, however, has frequently used other means since Sept. 11, 2001, including renditions - abducting terror suspects from foreign countries and transporting them for questioning to third countries, some of which are known to use torture."
More is to be found in the disgusting New York Times which has been advocating and staunchly defending the US/Israeli neocon's wars and the american torture terror in the world: "The Italian warrants - requested by Milanese prosecutors after two years of investigations - accuse 13 people identified as American C.I.A. officers and operatives of illegally abducting Mr. Nasr from a Milan street and flying him to Egypt for questioning.
[Knowing he would be tortured - HR]
The whereabouts of the 13 are unknown, but the charges are criminal. If convicted, they face a maximum penalty of 10 years and 8 months in prison, a punishment which they - according to a global majority of the people - very much deserve.
The C.I.A. has declined to comment, and officials at the American consulate in Milan and the American Embassy in Rome have also declined to talk about the case.
The American/Israelis and their collaborators are however not above international law and Geneva Conventions, and as the global terrorists they are, they belong behind bars.
Murder is murder, whoever does it: Stalin,
Hitler, Pol Pot, Sharon, Saddam, or Bush.
