A documentary by film makers Eyan Sivan (Israeli) and Michel Khleifi (Palestinian) – interviews with Israelis and Palestinians about the complexity of life for the people who live along the line of a border that never existed – that of UN Resolution 181.
“The film makes the conflicting parties perceptible to each other and to us.”
Suddeutsche Zeitung
“After [seeing the film], spectators will realise that the Israeli-Palestinian problem will not be resolved from above nor by using force. The solution…..has to do with a reconciliation of two societies, a reconciliation that needs to take place close to two societies, a reconciliation that needs to take place close to home, on the ground. It needs to happen urgently…” Le Nouvel Observateur.
