Conference of Finance North Africa / Middle East
On the 11th of february 2005 for the first time the conference of finance concerning the region of North Africa and Middle East takes place in the "Dorint Sofitel Hotel Bayerpost", Bayerstr. 12 in Munich. The conference will be organized by the association of the German industry (BDI) and the association of the German banks (BdB) incorporated in the initiative of the German economy (NMI). The worldbank group and the bank of european investments (EIB) are coorganizers of the conference. Up to 250 important participants from politics and economy will take part in the conference.

The worldbank group and the bank of european investments (EIB) are coorganizers of the conference. Up to 250 important participants from politics and economy will take part in the conference.
The conference will take place every two years and this year under the slogan "More security due to investments".
Topics of the conference are operative questions of financing and financial covering of export and project plans and foreign investments in that region (North Africa/Middle East). Another main emphasis is to look for investors from that region to invest (their money) in Germany.
The cooperation with the "Munich Security Conference" (Siko)
In the voice of the organizers there are specific risks of security in trades and investments in this region, therefore they want to cooperate with the Siko.
The organizers of the activities against the Siko always have emphazised that the worldwide exploitation and the military protection are the main topics of this meeting of war mongers.
Because of the thematic lining up of the conference of finance and the conscious support of the Siko we get a clear and official attestation of our argumentation for the first time.
The politcal explosive force of the conference of finance is due to the fact that explicitly German interests will be discussed. In rivalery to the so called "Barcelona-Process" where since 1995 the EU tried to implant a free trade area in the south and east mediterranean this conference forces the German transcontinental expansionist economy. On times where raw materials are running short African countries rich in raw materials are getting covetous for the German economy.
The inclusion of the world bank and the European investment bank (EIB) as coorganizers of the conference makes it look like as if the conference is based on a global connection. The meeting from the German economical elite with the military (security) conference creates a direct comparision between military and economical concepts of expansion.
Because of this the German foreign minister Fischer had put a "Transatlantic inititative for the whole Mediterranean" on the agenda at the Siko 2004. Up to the German uniting the economic expansion in North Africa and in the Middle East had been carried out without clear military components. Since the rearrangement of German military politics the foreign office insists on coordinate operations which serve warlike protection of resources together with civil economical operations. Today the German government shows his own arming at the North African coast observation by speedboats, monitoring and communication systems to stop the floating of migration before these countries take part in the EU. The concentration camps for migrants along the North African coast (the German minister of the interior Schily is calling for) will complete the protection of the European affluent society.

We want to tell you more details why the conference of finance fits into the NMI.
The NMI was found in March 1996 by the BDI, the German chamber of commerce and industry (DIHK), the federal association of the German wholesale and foreign trade (BGA) and the Near and Middle East organization later the BdB and the Africa organization (AV) joined the NMI.
A study of the German society for foreign politics says: "The German Republik is export orientated and needs save and open markets meanwhile the Arabic countries can spend their export proceeds from their raw materials to buy German products".
The Maghrebian countries are the aim of a German foreign trade offensive which should also extend the national influence in the whole Near and Middle East and North Africa.
Because of this, there is a bilateral contract of protecting and supporting investments between Germany and Algeria since 01.06.2002, so that the German red-green government can give garanties for investment in Algeria. The founding of the German-Libyen economic forum was already in 1997.
Because this offensive coincides traditional spheres of influence of the north mediterranean countries France, Italy and Spain and the former colonial power Great Britain, the NMI concentrates their economical capacities to develop new markets and great resourcses of energy in the Levante and the Maghreb.
In the top class filling of the NMI commitee with Daimler-Chrysler, Siemens, German Bank, Commerz Bank, ABB, MAN and Dresdner Bank makes sure that the economical conquest of the south and south east mediterranean countries is very important for the German capital.
Anyway the economical liberalization of the whole region with more than 800 million people is not only the declared aim of the european level ("Barcelona Process") but also the alignment of this bilateral process.
The Aryn Continuity
One of the organizations of the NMI is the Near and Middle East club (NuMUV) who was found in 1934 in Berlin as the "Orient Club". After the second world war he started again at the 10th May 1950 as the NuMUV.
The meeting decided to take nearly the old statutes of the orient club. In 1954 Afred C. Toepfer became chairman. Toepfer, a Hamburg industrialist, and NS secret service specialist. It was his responsibility in the NS to break up nations into ethnicial regions. The Toepfer concerns took part in the economical clearing of France during the NS occupation. They delivered slaked lime for the mass graves in the ghetto of Lodz and they possessed a lot of gold which the National Socialists snatched from their victims of the industrialized mass extermination. One of Toepfers possessions was "Kalkhof" which was up to the end of the war used as a "Reichsführerschule".
Toepfer himself made there race lectures and sweared to the bloodly union of the aryan world.
After 1945 he employed NS criminals in his companies, for example Edmund Veesenmeyer a collaborator of Eichmann in the mass deportation of Jewish Hungarians into German extermination camps. He also financed Thies Christophersen, the author of the book "The lie of Auschwitz". In spite of this clear connections the German government was very pleased of his help by co-financing German speaking minorities. Also after his death 1993 the cooperation with Toepfers foundation went on like before in favour of an ethnical reorganization of this continent. In 2004 it became known that the representative of the federal government for culture and media, Christina Weiss, is working for the Toepfer foundation in Hamburg.

The conference of finance North Africa/Middle East is as important as the Siko. The elite of economy, military and politics will meet on the second weekend in february in Munich to make more plans for worldwide exploitation and their military protection. Therefore we have to look for both conferences with the same attention and correspondingly our activities against this conferences will be organized.
