Important Personal Info on HLS Market Maker - Help needed to make calls!

A list of some important HLS targets that SHAC (for legal reasons) cannot post on their website. Please pass this along and make some calls! PLEASE CROSS-POST THIS TO UK ANIMAL RIGHTS LIST SERVES!

Legacy is trying to get HLS refinanced on the NYSE
Legacy is trying to get HLS refinanced on the NYSE

Background: As of last friday, HLS's share price (LSRI) has reached a high of $10 per share. Adjusted for the devalue of the stock because of the Life Sciences Research takeover, this means $0.20. Not great, but investors see the stock on a steady rise ever since May (when it was only $2 per LSRI share), and the volume traded has been on an increase ever since. The stockprice and volume traded is important for a company because every share traded higher than the last means more money HLS gets to borrow from individual or institutional investors. If HLS uses this money wisely (to improve efficiency, gain new customers, etc) and financial reports show growth, the company may attract another large long-term investor such as Stephens Inc., which purchased 15% of HLS stock in exchange for $33 million dollars. This money (and other loans) are due back in January 2006, and even if HLS does not have it, another company or bank may extend another loan; keeping HLS open, killing hundreds of thousands of more innocent animals, and keeping activists from moving on to new campaigns against animal abuse. Since HLS moved to the U.S. and incorporated in the state of Delaware, where corporations can hide their investors who own less than 5% of the stock from the public, the campaign has moved onto the market makers of HLS's stock. Since HLS got kicked off the NYSE and NASDAQ, they are in a unique position where no company is legally obligated to trade their stock. This may not be for long, because HLS Chief Financial Officer Richard Michaelson is working hard to get HLS listed on the NASDAQ, where stockbrokers would be obligated to trade any and all listed stocks. If HLS's stock price refuses to budge, uninterrupted, it is only a matter of time before this happens. So far dozens of companies have started to trade HLS stock, only to cease their activity after being on the SHAC radar. However, one company refuses to budge: Legacy Trading Co. Two years have passed by with activists periodically phone blitzing the company or taking direct actions against Skip and Mark. Consider HLS's rising stockprice (and volume) as a call to action to take relentless (legal) against Legacy, and to not restrict your actions to conventional forms of protest. For those of you who have no experience or are new to the campaign, please visit www.shacamerica.net. If you have never before taken an action against any company related to HLS, consider Legacy as your first choice, and consider taking action on a regular basis.

If you are on the SHAC USA email action alert list, you probably have recently received an email recommending to take action against Legacy. Probably for legal purposes, SHAC USA has not released the following information in the action alert. Please take action against the relatives of Skip Boruchin (owner of Legacy). Skip's mother is the person listed whom Skip talks to and sees on a regular basis, so please at least take the time to at least call or write her or take some other sort of action. Some of the other relatives may be sympathetic, so be polite and try to get them to contact their sister, Kathleen Boruchin (maiden name-Branting), and her husband Skip, and express their disgust with her and her husband profiting from the 500 animals that die everyday at HLS. Does Kathleen or her siblings know that Skip said "if I could make money off of it (child pornography) legally, I would trade its stock." What a pervert! He also has no problem making money off of a company that had sex with animals and takes drugs at work, has violated hundreds of Good Laboratory Practice laws, tested cigarette smoke, cannibus, CFC's, carcinogenic weed killers, and Splenda on animals. They have no problem taking money from Dow Chemicals or Monsanto, companies that make Agent Organge and GMO food! Go here to read some other useless experiments HLS tested:  http://www.shac.net/HLS/useless.html, and here for undercover investigations,  http://www.shac.net/HLS/exposed.html. Let's make Skip's stubbornness and cruelty the talk of the holiday family get-togethers!

Don't forget to tell Skip's mother and his in-laws that he is is not guided by his ethics, stating "if I could make money off of it (child pornography) legally, I would trade its stock". Tell them to go to www.insidehls.com, print out pictures of vivisection and mail it to them and write on post-cards "Skip Bourchin Makes a Buck off of Murder."

Disclaimer: The information herein is not intended to be used for anything illegal or against the law.

Here are some examples of what people have done to HLS affiliates such as Legacy:

Phoned the trading number (405) 216-9443 for hours or entire days straight in order to disrupt the activity of the company
Sent black or continous faxes to tie up communications, waste company time and resources
Cut the phone and fax lines at the office and/or private residences
Write letters or call the relatives/neighbors of a target, send pictures of vivisection in the mail in letters or postcards
Signing targets up for many/obscene mailing lists, using the internet or magazine subscriptions
Ordering sex toys to their house
Having an undertaker arrive at their home to pick up their "dead" body
Advertising free concert tickets with the targets phone number
Held protests at the office or home of the target or their friends, relatives
Woken up the targets in the middle of the night (free of charge by calling collect)
Woken up targets to the screams of animals agonizing in HLS, from the undercover footage
Stink bombs, bomb threats, or related activities
Stolen the targets credit card and charged it to the max
Erected mock graveyards of dead animals on the front yards of targets or their relatives
Painted or paint-stripped targets homes/cars
Attempts to flood targets homes or cars
Broken windows at the targets home, car, or office
Call targets business associates or relatives and leave false and disruptive messages claiming to be someone else
Placing calls or leaving messages making it seem as someone is cheating on the other spouse
Calling the spouse or family member, and pretending to be a business associate, asking for their cell phone number, and releasing it on the internet
Text messaging special messages at inconvenient times
Wow, what a long creative shopping list, but the creativity does not stop here!

Everyone who cares about closing HLS should get out there, pick up a $5 or $10 phone card, find a convenient payphone, bear the cold weather (or find a phone inside a public place), make that trip to the post office, find time to spend a good hour or two on a public computer, or yelling out in the cold on a megaphone, and think of how you will have a nice warm place to stay when you are all done. The 70,000 animals inside HLS right now will never get a chance to meet or thank you, but I'm sure they appreciate it; you are their only hope.

Happy Holidays! Have fun shopping....

Taking that phone call global

It used to be that making international phone calls was very expensive, but that is no longer true. There many companies now offering simple and cheap services that allow you to take your message global.

Huntingdon and their customers think they can hide in America, Europe and Japan, but it is now no more expensive than it was to ring them in the UK.

In shops, adverts and on the internet you will find a whole host of companies offering cheap phonecalls. They work in a variety of different ways, but the principle is the same for most of them - bypassing BT to bring you a cheaper service.

* You ring a national rate number and then the international number you want to reach, following the prompts on the way.

* You get a voucher or phone card which credits you with so many minutes of phone calls to a given country. These cards are often advertised in shop windows, or can be bought from the Post Office

* You set up an account with one of these companies so all you have to do is prefix a simple code in front of the telephone number you want to call every time you dial from home. Generally only works with home landlines.

Some of these processes will work from phone boxes, and many will help improve on your anonymity. Many of these companies can also be found by doing a quick search for "cheap international phone calls" on the Internet.

So basically, dialing an extra number and following a few commands can give you cheap access to animal abusers across the globe at costs that can be even cheaper than doing it through your BT line at home.

For example to ring the US from a payphone, or home, try the dial4discount.com approach by ringing 0844 5 99 88 77, waiting for the prompt and then entering in the number you want to contact, including the 00 (the internationals telephone number prefix). You dont have any bills to pay other than what you put into the phonebox, and you can keep at it, reaching people in the US from as little as 3p a minute until your money runs out.

To ring the US from the UK using a Post Office voucher at 4p per minute (with 'by the second' billing), simply purchase a £5 voucher from the Post Office. Call the access number on the back of the card from a UK telephone. At the prompt, enter the PIN (Personal Identification Number) on the back of the card. At the next voice prompt, dial the number you wish to call.

Some services such as the Post Office will incur extra costs of 19p a minute if used from a phonebox, but it still works out way cheaper using this method. Some services can also be used from mobiles, though mobile operators may chuck on extras costs as well.
So, there you go.

It doesn't get easier, so there is no reason why someone on the other side of the world cannot get the message that you find the dealing with HLS despicable.

Here are some other phone companies worth checking out for cheap calls:
