SAIN are a non-political/non-commercial residents group fighting the
proposal to build two enormous waste incinerators at a site in Colnbrook nr Slough/Hillingdon. We were not experienced campaigners, nor are we an 'official' organisation. We are a determined and self-organised network of local residents. Our weekly meetings our held in our livingrooms and decisions are made by consensus (well, when it roughly seems no-one disagrees too much!) Please feel free to come and get involved!

8.00PM, FRIENDS MEETING HOUSE, RAGSTONE ROAD, SLOUGH.
Come along and participate in an evening of self-organisation and collective community planning, formulating our own proposals for our own waste. Please share your experiences, ideas and visions. We believe no-one knows better what is right for the community than the community knows itself. Lets prove it!

SLOUGH/WEST LONDON PROTEST RALLY IN COLNBROOK!

At this meeting Slough Council will make their decision on revoking Grundon's planning consent. Show up and let em know this is their last chance, because we wont buckle to the corporate blackmail, we will stop these incinerators and we wont give in!
