The Sheffield Indymedia Alternative Documentary Festival got off to a flying start throughout Friday, with over 100 people coming through the festival. They watched a variety of films which stimulated, excited, challenged and and entertained them. The directors of many of the film were there to answer questions about their films and many people stayed after the films (often passionately) to debate discuss and constructively challenge the films and the filmmakers. One such film is '21st Century' an incredibly detailed analysis over seven one hout segments of our world today.
The excellent café offered a cool range of snacks, light meals and other refreshments, and no rip, off prices either.
The festival is on to Sunday night, come down and experience it for yourself.
