End the Iraq Occupation Now and Bring the Troops Home with
Jean Bruskin - U.S. Labor Against the War
At recent labor conventions, the California Federation of Labor, the
nation's largest State Federation joined the two biggest unions, AFSCME
and SEIU, in calling for the immediate withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq.
This summer a number of labor conventions are planned at which the issue
of Iraq will be brought up including the N.Y.S. Federation Convention in
August.
