It's TV turn-off week, it's the Schnews tour, and it's a chance to get refreshed by activity on Tyneside.
From 2pm at The Cluny, under Byker Bridge, the Schnews tour will be doing their stuff.
Free locally produced newsletters and zines will be available.
Talks will be given on Dissent!, on Columbian Human Rights Defence, and local campaigns.

The event will last roughly 2 hours with the chance for drinks and getting to know people afterwards.
To get to the Cluny, go along Shields Road ( the no.12 bus goes from Old Eldon Square ) until you get to the Tanners Arms just before Byker Bridge.
Walk down the steep street to the immediate right of the Tanners, past the stables, and the big pub at the bottom is The Cluny. Most locals can give directions to it.
