Koto Panjang Dam lawsuit in Tokyo.
The Defendants are Japanese government, JBIC(Japan Bank for International Cooperation), JICA ( Japan International Cooperation Agency ), and TEPSCO ( Tokyo Electric Power Service CO.).
This is the first lawsuit in Japan to bring justice to Japanese ODA.
