Dr. Kelly's fate was sealed before 1997 when Phoney and Mandy decided a strategy of having a sympathetic Mass Media under the control of Goebbles after they came to power.

This strategy would have worked but for the BBC being outside the control loop.

When honest and patriotic men like Dr. kelly began to voice their concerns about Phoney's war crimes (the 45 min lie) the controlled Media would not publish.

To the BBC's and Gilligan's credit, they published.

Gilligan may have got the culprit wrong but he got the story right.

The real culprit for the 45 min lie was red Scarlett and his Rockingham Cell.

Phoney was so worried about the accuracy of Gilligan's report on the 45 min lie that he sent Spin Ali to badger the BBC and float a few red herrings.

Amongst these red herrings was the implication that the reasons for Dr. Kelly's death were contained in and the same as the circumstances that led directly to his death.

He died for Press Freedom.

The circumstance that that led directly to his death was the fact that Phoney authorized that his name should be given to the press.

The nameing may have been a typical, Phoney invented, convoluted confirming procedure but it was just a dressed-up leak all the same.

Phoney's lies on the plane in which he first denied authorizing the release of Dr. Kelly's name and then tried to change the question to one of whether he leaked his name or confirmed it, will not wash.

Phoney, The IS Committee and The Rockingham Cell caused Dr. Kelly's death to cover their war crimes.

Will they get away with it?

Probably.

Hutton, who can't even pick the publication date of his own whitewash, won't help.

Phoney will just have to go on taking more and more pills to dull his conscience, if he has one.
