M6 toll road closed for repairs after only 36 days!

After only 36 days of operation, parts of the contraversial M6 toll road (BNRR) have been coned off and closed for repairs. It cannot even be claimed wear and tear as the usage of the road is well below forecast.

The problem is that of poor design. Parts of the road has standing water, which according to news reports today, have already led to accidents.
