The Hawaiian Islands have been conveyed back to the Kingdom of Hawaii since January 11, 2002, shortly after the King of Hawaii was technically released from imprisonment for "trespassing" at the burial place of an ancestor, and "escape" from plain clothes "officers" of the Maui Police Department, who presented no identification, but revealed side arms and arrived at the burial place in a private unmarked vehicle to attempt to take His Royal Majesty Akahi Nui into their custody. After being handcuffed in the presence of his frightened grandchildren, His Royal Majesty simply walked back to the burial place and stood there. His Royal Majesty waited for several hours for the "officers" to return, but they did not. Later he was "arrested" by high ranking Maui Police Officers at a public Mall, tried in 2nd Circuit Court in violation of his Diplomatic and Sovereign Immunity, and incarcerated off the roster at Halawa High Security Correctional Facility with the most nortorious criminals in Hawaii. After less than five months served on a five year sentence, His Royal Majesty was released and able to resume his struggle to restore his nation.

Unbeknowest to many, the Hawaiian Islands have been conveyed back to the Kingdom of Hawaii, and are held in Allodial (absolute ownership) Title, His Royal Majesty Akahi Nui, Trustee. Included in the Allodail Deeds is the Genealogy of His Royal Majesty, 2 Declarations of Royal Confirmation, and A Writ of Prohibition With Order To Answer With True and Lawful Documented Facts of Evidence of Jurisdiction Within 20 Days, which the US was unable to answer. The Writ of Prohibition begins:

January 16, 1893 The Seed of Poisonous Tree of Doctrine (unlawful overthrow committed by U.S. and the U.S. military force. (4) Executive Council S.B. Dole, J.A. King, P.C. Jones, W.O. Smith, who administered the Executive Departments of their unlawful Government which consisted of (14) members S.B. Dannon, A. Brown, L.A. Thurston, F.F. Morgan, J. Emmeluth, H. Waterhouse, J.A. McChesney, F. Wilhelm, W.R. Castle, W.G. Ashey, W.C. Wilder, C. Bolte, has planted the POISONOUS TREE OF DOCTRINE and it bears POISONOUS BRANCHES and FRUITS the illegitimate Provisional Government, illegitimate Republic of Hawai'i, illegitimate Territory of Hawaii, and now the illegitimate State of Hawai'i perpetuates the Poisonous Fruits of the Poisonous Tree of Doctrine a criminal act. Apparently, no matter how many times the unlawful civilian arm of the military occupation force changes it's name, it cannot change the truth.

After an investigation by the unlawful State of Hawaii's Attorney General during Benjamin Cayetano's "administration", the Deeds were duly recorded. Evidence exists proving that the Corporation Council for the County of Maui has prevented the conveyance of the soil of the Hawaiian Islands from becomming public knowledge in the County Tax Offices.

Ironically, the unlawful State of Hawaii has responded by raising property taxes, while the United States Congress is trying to pass a "Federal Recognition Bill" which would set up yet another puppet government, this time raced based, under the US Secretary of the Interior. The United States already recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii in over four International Treaties (which the US is in severe violation of) and in US Public Law 103-150 which apologizes and admits to the unlawful acts it committed against the neutral nation, the Kingdom of Hawaii, which engadged in treaties with over 29 countries prior to the unlawfull invasion and occupation of Hawaii by US forces, civillian, diplomatic, and Naval at a time when a gatlin gun was the equivilant of weapons of mass destruction.
