police held about 40 protesters adjacent to the a13 for maybe 40 minutes.

at about 2.45 the protesters were escorted by about 100 police back to the park adjacent to custom house where apparently they will be allowed to disperse.
road workers stopped work for about 1 hour due to "safety concerns" and seemed interested in the street party to come.
all in all not a lot happened!!
