Red Scarlett's main job is as a staffer at Downing Street on The ICG.
He gave up being Chairman of the JIC on the promise from Phoney that he would become head of MI6.
His real job has been with The Iraqi Communications Group (IGC) since then.
Scarlett,Spin Ali, Manning,Omand and Phoney are the Iraq Communications Group.
This is the British equivalent of the Yankee 'Office of Special Plans' and the Israeli 'Gilad Office of Special Plans.
These three groups created the invasion of Iraq.
The Iraqi Communications Group fabricated the 45 minute lie and hid the fact that Saddam had destroyed his WMD.
The missing documents at Hutton include the communications from The Iraqi Communications Group and Omand's e/mails.
Dr. Kelly knew that this group had lied to get the war started.
This is why Phoney was so worried about what Dr. Kelly would say.
Phoney, Red Scarlett, Spin Ali and Buff Hoon dogged Dr. kelly to death.
