- Still using Micro$oft? one of the world's richest corporations, a major backer of Dubya Bush and globalisation.
AKTIVIX is your chance to try out and learn to use Gnu/Linux. It's a chance to share experiences and enthusiasm with other activists. The event is aimed at people who are campaigning on social, animal rights, peace and related issues and who want to try out Linux, to check out whether it's right for them and their groups.
So if you're involved in campaigning, and want to upgrade from Microsoft to a more stable, secure and free operating system then come along to AKTIVIX -
PS if you're wanting to know more about Linux this may be helpful: http://seedsforchange.org.uk/res/linux.html
