police takes along their own evidence to the riots
29 of the people who had been arrested Sunday evening 22 .of june. Two underaged persons were released , another two juveniles remain arrested, because they are accused of severe criminal offences. The Greek Jurisdiction distinguishes between severe and moderately severe accusations. Severe reproaches are e.g. possession of explosives.
Sunday afternoon two further persons were arrested, a Spanish and an Italian.
Tuesday evening (24.06.03) everybody who is acused of less severe criminal offences, like e.g. resistance against the government authority, will be brought in front of the magistrate.
On Wednesday 25.06.03 anybody being accused of severe criminal offences will be brought in front of the magistrate.

Pictures and video-photographs of arrests of Saturday are wanted, since there are strong suspicions of the police ilegally assigning incriminating evidence on the arrested.
Thus one person arrested is charged with the possession of a black backpack full of Molotovcocktails, a video that was shown on Greek television on Monday, shows him with a blue rucksack and a undercovercop siding a black bag at him.
