Finnish Police and Government Layers committing provable Crimes Against Humanity

Seven years long reporting to foreign agencies may have finally paid off. Top Finnish Police Force Commissioners and Government Layers caught to MI and C.I.A. based on gathered intelligence material.

FINNISH POLICE AND GOVERNMENT LAYERS ARE COMMITTING PROVABLE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
Based on reports in voice made on telephone to MI5 at UK, written memos and Finnish government official statements (from government layers and policemen) and memos send to C.I.A., and Internet documentation send to all western agencies, I am asking foreign intelligence to help in a severe criminal matter were top government officials from Finnish Police Force and Legal System have committed crimes against humanity.
As MI5 and C.I.A. have noticed, I have been forced to ask their help after 1994 accident happened to me after my U.S.A. trip to IOUW -Oracle conference. Since this I've been having problems with the Finnish Police and Legal System, and I've been documenting this case to Your intelligence services for one reason; listed layers and policemen have violated both Finnish and International Law. Further more cases are following systematic patterns which are used systematically against my nation's citizen by the police and our end layers.
Based on written documents send since 1996 to C.I.A. and emergency reports in voice to UK's MI on telephone, I may give this statement on oath based on the case evidence gathered during this time (last report sent to C.I.A. on Friday 9th of May in 2003 related to illegal warrants of apprehensive placed on me): Valkeakoski Police, Järvenpää Police (i.e. Keski-Uusimaa), Helsinki Police and Vantaa Police have been caught on crimes. These Police Commissioners together with their subordinates have both violated the Finnish Law, lied in their statements and co-operated on illegal bases. As You are able to check out from Your documents and notes, have these people not made reports of an offence on a valid and placed request, they have lied in their own reports and persecuted me on illegal bases. You are also able to prove based on documents send over the years on each time Finnish Police or layer have caused damage, that these people have committed intentional and deliberate property damage on their every move. You are also able to check, that I have given a written counterpart on each case and to every accusation. Further more You are able to prove, that these people have used on illegal bases the Enforcement Act in their attempts accessing me as an Information Manager and a Managing Director. You are also able to prove based on written one sided police reports made by police, that these people have not taken account to my point on view or even have wanted to make my report of an offence. Further more You are able to prove based on ISBN 951-98052-2-2 (check the ISBN) sent to NCIS/UK, that Finnish Police have committed these acts systematically aiming to harm me and my personal life. You are also able to prove, that both layers and policemen education is non scientific, and they are not able to commit any kind on technical/advanced research based on their educational skills. And most of all, you are able to prove, that Finnish Police Force members have not wanted to write down reports of an offence, but have instead written down their own ideas on something their think is right or wrong. Based on the material You are also able to prove, that Finnish Police Force members have not acted according to normal or western standers, and they have been found guilty hunting innocent people aiming to silent them in an mentally unhealthy way. And You are able to prove the person in charge of all this in our government possibly being either severely mentally ill or disturbed by his mind.
Based on the latest documents sent to You, are able to see, that at least one Finnish Layer agrees on Finnish Police having acted against the Law. And most severe violations are dealing our end judges and layers in the same districts (Toijala, Järvenpää and Vantaa) as you are able to prove base on case evidence sent to Your end during all these years.
Based on documents sent You are able to prove and see, that Finnish end police is hunting people and our end layers are violating law on purpose.
I am asking Foreign Intelligence to put stop on this, since You are now able to prove, that behind all these acts are few mentally disturbed Police Commissioners with their subordinates and some lower level academics (layers mainly). I am asking Foreign Intelligence to stop these people violating the law and taking it into their own hands, since Finnish Army is not able to stop Police committing these crimes against humanity. This request statement is based on Finnish Army MATINE and GHQ statement of not being able to handle finished police and layers.
You are also able to prove, that Finnish expertise is something else they claim it to be, and those in charge of this terrorism are not spiritually very high or wise. My case simply proves this to be the case. Please do correct Finland's bubble of our Spiritual National Defence before it causes any further damage to You or to us. Our end people are too blind to see their problems.
I do not want to sound paranoid, but in Finland we usually have either layers or specially trained policemen (protection education program) working as Manager in a Government Post. As we do remember, I was an Information Manager in Tampere University of Technology before my accident(?). This may also explain, why someone with the educational level of a layer or police is not willing to co-operate. Causing any problems to me would serve their interest in their little war game. Also I'd like to make a remark, that all these government acts have served communism and its purpose - lost of property among many other things.
I have even asked agencies to ran some field tests proving this to be the case on an Internet letter published under title "SECURITY HAZARD - A DEATHLY PERIL SOCIETY FORMULA"; if a person gets treated to a 'vegetable' accidentally or on purpose (e.g. by reducing the brain power by using electrodes, chemicals, a surgery, or by using a cancer implant or some protozoan), than a person is being dropped from his place in stead of taking care of him. Please be welcome to test this accusation in practice by using Finnish decision makers as test persons unless You believe - the society does not functions as described and told inside and to outsiders. I think these Nazis have caused enough provable damage to me and to my family.
This letter is open, and is being published on Internet. Since police have not been willing to make reports of an offence in my case to me, and at least one layer says they are criminals, then I think I am entitled to publish this document on Internet along with those people's names not caring other.
