The left has actually helped get the war going by rationalising it by talking about oil instead of the true cause -ZIONISM

The cause is Zionism. WHY are you afraid to say it?

Its not about the oil, there have been plenty of wars and coups in which that played a part but apart it is not the cause of this even though i am sure there will be zionists delighted to divert pipelines maybe in the wake of it.

By going on about oil you rationalise the war for the average joe, who could not care less really about the iraqis if you give him the impression that his government just might be motivated by his interest in some way.
Nobody would support a war with British soldiers dying in it for Israel.
