Welford Campers Arrested for Conspiracy

Three of the protestors from the anti-militarist camp at RAF Welford were arrested for conspiracy this morning. They are currently being taken to Newbury police station. More details when I have them.

More people are desperately needed at camp. With those arrests and other people leaving camp after the weekend it will not be viable for the camp to continue unless more people arrive soon.

To get to the camp:
By road: Leave the M4 at Junction 14. Drive from Welford to Westbrook. Take the No Through road on the left in Westbrook. Drive up and park near the gate, then walk up the bridleway over the M4, and follow the path around the field. The camp is in a large barn.
By public transport: Buses 146 and 147 go from Newbury to Upper Shefford.
