A definition of Livestock is; "the use of animals for
profit".
Unforuntately, Native men fall into the Livestock category
when they are
processed through our "Justice system". In the Yukon, for
each prisoner,
the territory gets $100,000 (tax free) per inmate, per
year. BC fetches
$80,000 federal dollars per inmate per year. These are
amongst the
highest prices in the world.

In Whitehorse, the jail contains between 80 and 90% Native
Inmates.
Natives are the most incarcerated of any ethnic group
(through out
Canada) yet Native people are the victims of Genocide from
the
Canadian/British empire.

Whitehorse holds 60 inmates, at max capacity. Whitehorse's
will build a
new jail (to replace the appauling, sub-standard, illegal
facility
currenty open for businesss) that will hold double the
inmates - 120
people. A representative from "The Native Court Workers", a
Native
prisoner support group, said the jail WILL be filled with
120, mostly
Native prisoners.
Strangely, there are no present statistics to prove that
crime has
doubled in the Yukon. Two conclusions can be drawn. One, is
that the
Yukon has a crystal ball that has determined that more
Native people
will commit crimes. Two, is that the Yukon will incarcerate
more Natives
to increase the jail industry for profit.

What crimes are Native people committing? Well, first we
should note
that the biggest crimes have been committed by White elite
Canada and
the Canadian government that serves it. The largest
Genocide of the 20th
Century in East Timor was sponsored by Corporate Canada and
the Canadian
government. Nobody will go to jail for the murder of
150,000 East
Timorians. Nobdy will go to jail for the Genocide committed
against
Native Canadians for the last 500 years. Millions have
died.

Native Yukoners are mostly imprisoned for drug related
offenses, petty
theft, grand theft, and even non-crimes like a case of
Vagrancy.
Vangrancy is defined as "without home or money". One young
Native man
served two years for Vagrancy (as reported by the Yukon
News). It is a
crime to be poor in the Yukon if you are Native. More
accurately, this
guy was worth $200,000, while serving two years in the
tank.

The reality is that Native people endure, from the RCMP, a
laser-like
intensity for "illegal" activity. You have to coral
livestock remember?
A spokesperson from Justice Yukon, StatsCan, Native Court
Workers,
Aboriginal Healing Foundation, and 5 Yukon Justice
employees confirmed
that the "justice" system is "unjust" or "prejudice".
Simply, white
crime offenders get less time because they are White and
because they
are "productive members of society".

Processing Native people achieves another goal besides
increasing
regional economic sustainability while raising Western
Canada's (and all
of Canada's) stagnant GNP. Control the people and you
control the
population. Process a young Native man into jail. He is
stuck with a
criminal record which makes it even more impossible to get
a job from
the Euro-Canadian job marketeers. This assures a life of
alienation and
poverty. Nobody will hire an ex-con and options dry up
except minumum
wage (or less) part-time work. Poverty makes procreation
and family
bearing a financial nightmare. The end result is a person
who is broke
and unable to have a family. Process thousands of Native
people and you
have population control. Control the atom and you control
the pathway of
procreation. You can speed up the atoms you want to
continue in
existence. You can stomp out the atoms by controlling it.
This is the
Eugenics blueprint fundamental known as Retrograde
Evolution.

The new Premier of the Yukon, Dennis Fente, a White
politician served 4
years in jail for selling drugs. He won't admit to what
drug he was
selling, which tells us it wasn't a soft drug like pot or
hash. Anyway,
he gets out and gets a full pardon from Ottawa. They erase
his record
and now he runs the Yukon government for the onlooking
American Oil and
Energy Cartels who lurks in the shadows. Drugs and Oil.
What do they
have in common (besides the Bush families corporate
porfolio)? I think I
know why he got the job.

Through the Truth Commission into Genocide in Canada, a UN special body will investigate into Canada's Residential schools. The Truth will be revealed that thousands of Native children were murdered. I've asked Truth Commssion Founder, Revered Kevin Annett, to include the prison system into the UN investigation as an example of modern day, inhumane treatment of Native people.

Genocide is alive.
